sarah's bridal boudoir

so before the wedding comes the boudoir.
not compulsory of course, but it's something i like to offer, and in this instance sarah wanted to have a go at doing the shoot to give the pictures to her brand new hubby on their wedding night as a wedding present (lucky boy!)

it was a fairly quick shoot, i went round to sarah's beautiful home to run over the final details on the wedding (post coming soon!) we did the shoot upstairs as downstairs was rather taken over by place setting cards and grandparents running around looking after her adorable little girl gabby.
sarah relaxed pretty quickly into the shoot and seemed completely unfazed by the whole thing which i loved, we shot for just under forty-five minutes and managed to have a bit of a giggle during which made for a couple of really lovely shots. we went for something simple and romantic and i think that came across really well as personally i think sarah looked completely naturally beautiful.

getting used to having sarah in front of the camera was great preparation for shooting her on her wedding day, and on saturday night as i was leaving the evening reception, i saw tim on the stairs clutching the framed photo of the shoot and looking rather pleased with himself...  mission accomplished  x
